Yes, i do biometric in the VAC.
So, now, your past biometric doesn't connect to your visa application? In my case, my biometric already cnnect to my visa application, but don't know why they ask payment receipt for my biometric. People said it is fault on their system

yes that is correct! My biometrics are not connected to my IRCC profile so I sent my biometrics through the web form and I hope they can see it and approve the biometrics so I can get the final decision after that

Did you get biometric receipt? Through email or in paper from VAC? i got paper receipt from VAC it is $0 becuase i paid the biometric with my visa application fee by online.

I didn't do biometrics at a VAC, I only did them at a certified office in Toronto, Canada. I have my biometrics in a PDF file and in a physical copy (paper). So now I scanned them on my laptop and I sent it through web form
