If I'm sending biometrics via web form, will they see it?

Hi guys, I just sent my biometrics via web form as a PDF file and an explanation in the text field. I was requested today to do biometrics at a VAC but I have already done biometrics in 2019 but never uploaded them in my study permit application.
Will they see that I sent them my webform with the biometrics or is there any other way to do it? Or do I have to redo my biometrics? It's a f* up situation

I did them in Canada 2019 at a certified office for biometrics and I've got PDF files of them and physical copies of them. But I had no space to add them in my application

I think so. When I applied there was only one question that said "Have you done biometrics in the past 10 years?'' and I clicked on" Yes". But there was no upload button to submit the biometric pdf files.
So now I'm in trouble and it's wasting a lot of time because I already have biometrics but they maybe won't see it in my webform

I already do biometric on 2020 for 2 person $170, but ask to upload biometric payment receipt $85. I contact IRCC, they reply to not to do anything until it change by system. But I faced with time limit to submit proof of study permit befor March 2015. It makes me stuck

Any progress with yours? Have you get any reply since you contact IRCC by webform? It usually takes few days until you get reply in your email

They said i don't need to do anything & paying anything for biometric again ( attach biometric receipt payment $85) , just wait until final desicion and they will update on my application. Now 2 days since i send them email. Nothing change on my application, the current status on my application still YOUR ACTION REQUIRE

I mean they said no need to attach receipt payment too. Just ignore it. They said

Yes, i do biometric in the VAC.
So, now, your past biometric doesn't connect to your visa application? In my case, my biometric already cnnect to my visa application, but don't know why they ask payment receipt for my biometric. People said it is fault on their system

I have several times submitted the webform on my first applied visa and was directed to the IRCC in my country. they send messages from their email at the Camada embassy in Indonesia, so now I emailed directly to IRCC in Indonesia, not through webform
