If i withdraw my TRV application?

What if I withdraw my visit visa application? Anyone can tell me if they accept my old documentation, like bank statements, or should I give them a new bank statement?
And they count my application in the new order???

They will accept it, if the documents were valid at the time of submission of the application.
If you withdraw, you will need to submit new application with new documentation.
