if i withdraw my case, can i get refund of my tuition fee?

if i withdraw my case from chc.
they will give back my application without approval or refusal.
will i be able to get refund of my tuition fee that i have paid.
without refusal letter can any one get refund?

All most all colleges will refund full amount if you show them proof that you visa has been rejected and if you wants to cancel it than you will get 500$ less from the total fee you paid

If I withdraw my case from embassy without any decision.
I don't have any refusal letter.
How much colg deduct from my fee?

3 months have gone but no response from embassy.
In case of withdraw.
They will send my all documents back to me without any decision.
Then how I will contact my college to get refund of my tuition fees?

Don't know about cancelling visa application process but standard refund charges of canada colleges is 500$, Visit your college website and check refund policy. you will exact details.

you shuold contact ur university for refund policy bcoz refund policy of diffrnt university is diffrnt....email them they 100% reply as they are not chc which never reply
