Ok from what I understand if she wants to go to her home country she can but when she returns she will have to appear in court to explain why she went home. If it’s a chance she is willing to take she will need to stay under the radar if she is going and not stay for a very long time (maybe two days) there is a VERY SMALL possibility with a lawyer that your reason may be pardoned.
