If you want to get a study visa in Canada, then you should apply from your home country. To be approved, you'll need to demonstrate strong ties to your home country and prove you are a genuine student. It will be difficult to do this if you are already in Canada. If you apply from Canada, there's a good chance CIC will just think you're trying to find any way you can to stay in Canada longer and will refuse you.

What EXACTLY are you really trying to achieve? It's obvious that you don't *really* want to be a student from your previous posts.. It may be that you are going about this all wrong. Can you offer a clear explanation of your real objectives, and what "resources" you have to work with?

You certainly can apply for study permit within Canada, however they will ask you upon approval to leave the country and reEnter again which is due-able through Niagara Falls ( Technically you left but you actually didn't ).

If you are a medical doctor or in a medical field you will most likely be approved, But as "Zardoz" said, what EXACTLY do you want ?
set your mind to one thing and work for it.

You can certainly look for a job. Expect it to be extremely difficult to find an employer willing to hire you. In order to hire you, the employer must spend time and money to prove that no Canadian could be hired for the role. This process takes several months and there's no guarantee the employer will be approved to hire you in the end. You must then apply for a work permit. Once again, there's no guarantee your work permit will be approved - especially if you apply from within Canada (more difficult to prove you have strong ties to your home country). In general, many employers aren't interested in hiring foreign workers because it takes too much time and money.

Depends on where you want to live (happens on a weekly basis here in Regina and that's only the people I've met) and what job you would be after. If looking for a standard customer service position, then no chance. If you were, let's say a cook for example, then you would get a job quite easily.
