If I apply for student Visa on the 23rd of this month. Can I get my visa in a month for Sept intake?

I'm applying from Sri Lanka through VFS. I'm waiting for some letters from my Dad who is sending it through DHL. I have my offer letter and everything ready.

Will I be able to get my visa before September intake?

oh okay. SDS is a new scheme called Student Direct Stream for student visa.

I applied on the 5th of this month. Acknowlegement letter recieved through email. Biometrics requested for this week. I am for the September intake. Do you think my application will come through before classes begin by September??? (5th Sept. precisely)
