If I am working for a company on PGWP, will that be considered as a valid job offer?

I am going to apply for Express Entry CEC, I have been working for a company for 1 year after my Masters degree on PGWP. Will that be considered as a valid job offer?
There is a question that asks if you have a valid job offer in Canada?
What am I supposed to answer for this?

This not a valid job offer however if you have completed one year, you can claim CRS points for this work experience.
