My points in EE are around 410. I tried to make express entry profile. After answering all the questions on the website cic.gc.ca, the website says : details-profile ineligible. I have done 4 year graduation in electronics engineering from INDIA, 1.5 years of work experience in electronics from INDIA, 1 year diploma in electronics from CANADA(with credentials), ielets band: 6 each. Am I eligible to apply for FSW now, or I also need job offer letter with lmia or pnp to apply for FSW to become eligible for EE? I donot have w.permit but living in canada on restoration period and. Please help

Do you have 67 points?

dont quote me on this but I think 6 is too low for IELTS score, or what did you put for proof of funds, it needs to be above 14K

Your IELTS score is too low, you have 63 or 64 points out of 100 and for FSW you need to score 67. Only way you can increase your score is to score clb 9 in each section of IELTS

Thanx Scylla for the quick reply. I was missing that information but now I have checked, I lost 10 points in "arranged employment in Canada" which is one of the six selection factors because my w.permit expired. I have only 59 points

(English:16{CLB 7};
education:22;
experience:9;
age:12
arrange employment in Canada:0
adaptability: 0
Total:16+22+9+12=59

I need 8 points more to make 67 from 59. it doesn't matter from arrangement employment but it can also be from English like gaining clb9. Please correct if I am wrong???
But if I go back to India in future and make 67 eligibility points with 450 around points in express entry profile , then would my profile be eligible for express entry in fsw on cic.gc.ca without getting lmo or pnp
or I still need lmo with job offer letter or pnp to get eligible in express entry for fsw category, when I apply from India with least good points like 450 in express entry and 67 eligibility points ????

You would be eligible if you have 67 points.

yes, I need clb9(i.e s=7, r=7, l=8, w=7 in IELETS) which makes difference of 8 points (out of 67) when comparing with clb7 only. I put less than 14K, I will keep that in mind when appearing again to get eligible in express entry. Thanx again
