If from India, what to submit to WES? Transcript or attested copies of marksheet

I have degrees from India. For a WES ECA report, what should I submit? Attested copies of marksheets or transcripts or both?

Hi, I have transcripts which are 5 years old.
So will that be valid, or I need to get new transcripts with latest dates.

Hi. I had already collected my Transcript from my university on 2013 for my Bachelors. I cannot go to the university and ask for a new one again as it has been already issued in the past year 2013. Also to mention the first time i got the transcript in 2013 took 3 months to get it. can I use my old transcript which is issued on 2013 for evaluation. Is it enough to get it verified by the controller and placed in the sealed signed envelope. My uni takes 3 months to issue a new transcript. Pls reply . Wes not responding
