Hi There, I have got my AIP yesterday
Now, My question is that is have applied for deferment but still waiting for new LOA of jan2021. But, as i have received AIP , can i defer to jan2021?

will there be any negative impact on full approval?

You can defer after you receive AIP, no issues in that.
So you didn’t receive any updates regarding medical pass or your eligibility review start
