Hello Everyone

My work permit expire in May 19, 2015. I just got job in NOC B category and will be joining on 21st July, 2014. By the time I will have 12 months of experience as per the CEC minimum requirement my permit will be expired so the maximum amount of experience I can accumulate is of 10 months. So I would like to know what to do in this situation?
If any of you have ever faced this situation please share. Any advise or guess is welcomed. Please do reply

Ask your employer if he can apply for LMO in order to extend your work permit.

Not been in that situation but you'll either need to find a way to extend your work permit, get a different work permit (LMIA?) or a different permanent residence stream (look into the Provincial nominee program or federal skilled worker).
