I have applied under the new rule on 08th FEB2010 TO nova scotia for the first stage..In normal circumstances how many months it will take for me to get the visa if all goes well....cheers

It would be better if you can specify the visa office and the category. Also, checking your visa office website would be helpful.

I hope you have not chosen Buffalo,they are the slowest of all the processing centers.You will be lucky If you have New Delhi,they are moving really fast.Working efficiently.

Anywhere from 4-8 months used to be the trend, if everything is fine. Of late, I hear CIO is taking a while for the initial AOR. Also from the ND CHC, the PP return for many have been delayed for 2-3 months.
