I am Planning to Applying for Canada PR , so just wanted check if a person with hepatitis b postive but non reactive can apply for PR Canada

Yes you can. Once invited you will need to pass medical. If you are asked to do further tests, then complete tests. If you receive a procedural fairness letter ( your hep b is a high cost on the medical system), then retain a lawyer to help with addressing your health issues. Panel physicians determine your health costs in the future just not today.

Thanks for your reply , since on test it was mentioned like hbsg postive but non reactive antigen , do have any idea please advise

So you have received ITA and gone through medical with an IRCC panel physician? They will send it to IRCC for decision if further review is required. If not, you will not know until IRCC approved medical is completed.

Thanks for your response , Actually I have not started my PR Application yet when I tested here near path lab it shows on report like postive and non reactive antigen.

you also need to look if there has been any longterm organ damage.
