What do I have to prepare for in case I get an ITA? What’s the process afterwards?

Depends on your martial status. Generally you have to collect Police Clearance certificate (from all countries you stayed for more than 6 months cumulatively), Proof of fund, Digital Photo, Medical Exam, Employment Record, Passport (scanned copy), Letter of Explanation (Optional) and pay Processing and Landing Fees. You will get a personalized document checklist after you complete the PR questionnaire.
