IETS Points for teaching proffession

Hi,
Is there any modification in IELTS band required for HIGH Cateogry from May 2010.
And currently how much bands are required in all four modules for vocational teacher or univ. prfesser to get all 16 points(High) under Skilled Worker categry.

But do you have any idea about the any changes in Rules for Higher band in English in all four modules?
is it still 6.5 , 6.5 7.5(Listening), 6.5 or it has been changed?

That's only applicable for Australian PR, for Canada IELTS point system is the same for all the 38 NOCs and nothing's changed as far as I know.
