Yes. IELTS and WES assessment are mandatory. you cannot file your EE application without either one of them.

I have the following score: speaking 7.5, listening 7, reading 6.5, writing 6.5 and my current CRS score is 385 so just by giving IELTS again and getting a better score can my CRS score increase to a point where ITA can be offered?
