Hi ! I HAVE GIVEN MY IELTS EXAM IN USA THIS MONTH, CAN I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION FROM SOME OTHER COUNTRY WHERE I AM GOING TO BE POSTED NEXT MONTH. DO I NEED TO SIT AGAIN FOR THE TEST FROM THE COUNTRY WHERE I HAVE BEEN POSTED. ? YOUR EXPERT OPINION ? THANKS

I dont think so you need to take it again.
IELTS is IELTS everywhere u go in the world and counts same in each country.

Thanks , this aspect came into my mind as i met a renowned immigration consultant few days back. He told me submitting an application and appearing in IELTS should be from same place.

I personally dont think the place of ielts matters for anything.
You can now figure consultant's knowledge abt it

Hi,


you can submit ielts given from anywhere in the world, i have applied in london and i had taken my ielts exam in pakistan submited in london office, i recenly received my caips they have aacepted it and gave me points according to new ielts points even my application is old AOR 2006.
