ielts will create problem or not?

hi guys,

i applied for study permit in chc London in last September but got refusal on grounds of immigration status in UK, travel history and purpose of visit.
now i deferred it to September session but problem is my ielts is expiring this month so the embassy will require new ielts or the same ielts will work?

Hi

Could you please share with us your current status in UK as I am also going to apply very soon from London CHC also tell us in which course and college did you apply.
I don't have an exact idea about your question.But as far as I go through this forum it says IELTS is the requirement of institute you applied for not an embassy requirement and you are already granted admission, you just deffered your entry.Also if you have got at least 1 year education in UK your IELTS requirement should be waived by the institute you applied.You have to ask from your college.Seniors please correct if I am wrong.Thanks!

hey,

you'll need a new IELTS score. As re-filing means filing a fresh application all over again.
Don't take any risk of 2nd refusal

I would like to have some information from you. This is kind of very complicated situation for my friend. He is also in london right now on a study permit valid till 2013. He is there from last two years. But unfortunately his college closed down. Now he ll return to his home country. But he is tensed about getting a visa for canada. His failure in UK ll affect his CNADA VISA Do you have any idea what should be done now ??

Purchase some book, read news paper, watch movies,practice speaking with some one and practice online test. It's simple but needs lot of pratice...

Hi brother,
Could you please tell me your status in UK as I am on student visa in UK and visa is expiring on 31 Jan 2013. My degree will be completed by July 2012 and I wish to apply for Canada for September 2012 or January 2013 Intake. will this effect my visa application.
