Ielts Validity & New EE profile

I've an EE profile which was expired a month ago, I tried to open a new profile with the exact same information which I used on the old expired profile but I keep getting the message that I don't meet minimum criteria !!!

I have an Ielts exam which would expire within 4 months, would that be the reason for the failure

Does the ielts test should have a minimum period, as I said it is still valid but only for 4 months,

any idea what would be the reason? !

Intended Destination/Province

• You indicated Quebec as your intended destination/province

FSW Eligibility Points

• If you’re applying under the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) programme, you don’t have at least 67 out of 100 points on the FSW eligibility grid: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

Education

• If you’re applying under the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) programme AND your educational credential(s) are foreign (i.e. not completed in Canada)…
  • you indicated you haven’t completed an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) to determine the Canadian equivalency for your foreign educational credentials
    
  • you indicated your Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is older than 5 years old

Proof of Funds

Guys . I've already opened profile a year ago with the same data.

My score is 69, same like the a year ago when I used to creat my profile, this time I don't know what's happening

Have you completely deleted the old profile and started from scratch? Try that if you haven't.

How can I delete it, it is already expired & no withdraw option ?
