hi! good day!

i have a question...

the required score in our field is
Listening 7.5
Reading 6.5
Writing 7.0
Speaking 7.0
Overall 7.0

what if my scores are doing good, and my band score is 7, but in listening i scored only 7 but it should be 7.5. what will i do? should i take the rest of the ielts again? or just the listening so it will add up my recent score? is that how it works? please advice.
