HI! PLEASE help me on my results.. I don't know where to find the CLB equivalent.

NOC B 7291 (Roofers and shinglers)

Speaking 4,5
Listening 5,0
Reading 4,0
Writing 5,5

Is it enough to apply for CEC ?

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Speaking 4,5 = CLB level 4(no 4.5 in table, so round down to 4.0 which corresponds to CLB level 4)
Listening 5,0 = CLB level 5
Reading 4,0 = CLB level 5
Writing 5,5 = CLB level 6

•If you have qualifying Canadian work experience at Skill Level B of NOC, your test results must match the CLB/NCLC below(see chart):
◦5 or higher for each of those abilities, or
4 for any one of those abilities, 5 or higher for any other two of those abilities and 6 or higher for the remaining ability.

Your score is CLB level 4, 5, 5, 6 and meets the second criteria(in red) for skill level B, so you are good to apply.

Note that new language requirements take effect in January 2013, so if you don't apply before then, you may have to retake the test.

Thanks for your quick response, is this mean that my test results won`t be valid anymore in january 2013 ?

It just means that if the new language rules take effect in Jan. 2013 and the second criteria(which qualifies your score) is longer an option, you will have to retake the test if you haven't already applied.

Anyone please let me know where can I see the new language rules take effect in Jan?
