Seniors please tell me as to how many points do I get with my following IELTS SCORE.
Listening : 8.5
Reading : 6.5
Writing : 8
Speaking : 6.5
Overall Band : 7.5

its the max points = 16 ( 4+4+4+4)
but can you tell us hoe you get the high score?

I registered online with British Council for the IELTS and they sent me a Practice booklet and cd for the listening test practice which I did for a fortnight and thats it.
Incidentally I would like to mention here that I am convent Educated and hence my medium of instruction throughout my academic carrier has been in English and so has been my work experience, so I believe it was easy for me.
