Sometimes it takes around 24 hours for scores to get updated. Wait for it.

Use the CRS tool to check if your points actually increased. Spouse points for language dont add as much points as PA so double check the points actually increased with the new IELTS scores.

Hi,
can anyone help me. I sent my spouse documents to wes but they did not give equivalency for his diploma in anesthesia so he also did not get points for his experience as anesthesia assistant in which he has 17 years of experience. can anyone explain whu wes did not assess his diploma?

Thanks Everyone for your response. I have nodified score a week back and I see no change in Score.

Recheck everything from your end. Are the scores still valid? Did you enter the scores correctly? Have you entered the IELTS details (TRF etc) correctly? If everything looks fine from your end, raise a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) and CIC will look into it.

It could be several things. The degree might not be recognized, the details might not have been sent as per WES' instructions etc. What did the response from WES say? Did you try the free WES evaluation first?

Like @cyronn said it could be due to several things. WES may not have evaluated this diploma because it may not have been the highest education credential for your spouse. Several forum members have reported in the past that WES did not evaluate their Bachelors degree and sent them report only for Master’s. This happened to me as well. If this is the case then you can ask WES to reopen your file and complete the evaluation for the diploma as well.
Another reason could be that this WES may not be the "designated organization" for this field. More info in the link below (read "how to chose a designated organization" ) :
