Wrong spellings is a mistake in listening. This is bad. Listening should be about listening not about the spellings. But its unfortunate that in IELTS listening section if you write wrong spellings your answer would be marked wrong.

Minor spelling mistakes are often ignored at listening module specifically because the focus is more on the apprehension skills..

ok define minor spelling mistake

for example.. in a sample test i wrote "attetude" instead of "attitude"

will that be considered minor???

the main problem i can get the right mistake but there is no time to think.. i have to move on fast or i will miss the next word to fill in

You have 10 minutes in the end to transfer your answers on the answer sheet. You can check your spellings then. Any kind of error in spellings in listening module is an error, check it from British Council IELTS instructions. Attetude inplace of attitude is definitely an error.
