IELTS Significance in FSW?

Hello,

Is there a specific band that is needed for FSW class? If you have lower band like 5, will you be selected if there is a quota and you have 17 years of software development exerience?

Does your IELTS band has effect on your job prospects in Canada? Do employers hire band 6.5 FSW quickly as oppose to band 6?

For EE FSW - the minimum score would be a "6" or above in all four sections - scoring a 5 is considered ineligible despite your years of experiences
