I got the following results:
L=8.5
R=7.5
W=7.5
S=7.0
Overall 7.5
Don’t know if these scores are good or I need to improve upon these. Any suggestions?

If you are using it for Canada Express entry then you are good. The minimum to get a good crs score for express entry is LRWS 8777. You have obviously achieved that.

It is an awesome score buddy. I guess you have now got CLB 9.
I am also aiming for that, I Could not get the desired score.I have taken 4 attempts but i still take 6.5 in writing.Could you please let me know you strategy and tips to crack the writing and speaking part.

Sorry to learn that you have already taken 4 attempts, mine was first and God has been kind. I am no expert to guide you but will share what I followed.
For writing I would suggest spend maximum time planning on what to write. Note down salient points to discuss, and then review the order in which you should write them. Then elaborate on these in your answer sheet. Do not rush-up and try to write as many words as you can. The number of words that they have mentioned are the minimum, so aim for more than that. The same goes for speaking, think and then speak.

After 6 attempts I finally attained the desired score in IELTs:
