Hi,

I am applying for Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class and NOC is B . I took IELTS in Canada and My score is:

Reading: 5.5
Writing: 5.5
Listening:6
Speaking:6

I am really confused about the CLB level that is menitoned in CIC website. NOC type B has been written 2 times in IELTS chart:
NOC B - CLB 6
NOC B - CLB 5

Am I eligible for applying PR under Canadaian Experince Class with my IELTS score? Should I take again the IELTS exam?

Those tables (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp) are a bit complicated. There's two parts that they ought to have explained separately:

- For NOC B occupations, you need CLB 5 or better; for NOC 0 and NOC A occupations, you need CLB 7 or better.
- You can convert your test results into the equivalent CLB level using the appropriate table (IELTS, CELPIP 2014, classic CELPIP, or TEF).

But yes. Your results are CLB 6. This is satisfactory if you plan to claim work experience in only NOC B occupations.

You are good to go to submit application. :)
You need min CLB 5 to apply NOC B..and that you already got. You need min Listening - 5, Reading 4, Writing 5, Speaking 5
