IELTS score

Hi ,

I had taken IELTS on 21st July 2012 .
I scored Listening 7.5 , Reading 6.0 , writing 5.5 and speaking 7.0 . Overall band score 6.5 .
After that i had to leave Canada due to personal reason without applying for PR . Now i returned back to the country a week back .

I m planning to apply PR now . I have two question.
Can i apply for PR with IELTS that I took almost 20 months back ? and
Am i qualified with apply PR with this score .

Q1. Yes, you can. Generally test results are good for a period of two years.
Q2. Depends on the NOC code. Since your overall band score is 6.5, I am not sure if that is sufficient to apply under NOC 0/A.

Your writing score is 5.5. I think it need to be 6, although your overall is above 6. Well, I checked CIC web. If you apply under B, you are fine. But If you apply under 0 or A, your score is not good enough.

You have to apply before July 21, 2014. because Your ielts is valid for 2 years
