hi my noc is 1311 which for accounting book keeper.. how much is the band requirement for this category?

Your NOC is skill level B and therefore you need:

Reading 4.0
Writing 5.0
Listening 5.0
Speaking 5.0

At least for CEC, dno about other immigration or WP streams.

example 2 (Score) L - 7, R - 7.5 , W - 8, Spkg - 7.5...... his/her points allotment... ->> L - 4 points , R - 6 points, W - 6 points, Spkg - 6 points = 22 points (total)

Please note in the Listening section scores like 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 will get 4 points...
