IELTS score will expire before passport stamping and arrival to Canada for first time as a student

Hello,

I have received PPR but my IELTS score will expire in first week of April 2021. My passport have not been stamped yet and I am planning to arrive in Canada by mid-April. I have asked my university's International students advising, they say valid IELTS score is not required for entry to Canada if you have received PPR but your medical tests should not be older than 1 year.

Do you guys have any idea whether I should be needing a valid IELTS score?
