IELTS Score *** Urgent

Hi All,

One of my friend got the below score in IELTS

L - 7.5
R - 6
W - 6
S - 6.5

As per CIC Language test equivalency charts, the CLB is 7 and he falls under NOC category A. Please advise if the above score is good to apply PR in Express Entry.

Yes. He's qualified although I would encourage him to take another exam and try to improve it.
