Ielts score for NOC B 2281

Hi

My Ielts score are as follows. My Job category falls under NOC B (2281).Can someone please let me know whether i can apply for express entry ?

Listening 5.5
Reading 6.0
Speaking 7.0
Writting 5.5
Over all band score 6.0

As far as I know, you need to get a band score of at least 6.5 in each module in able for you to apply under express entry program.
