IELTS score for Express entry

Hi,
I have score of over all 6.5 in IELTS, but got 5.5 in listening. Should I submit my application for express entry, looking at such a low express (75)for express entry.

You should have a minimum of 6 in each component to be eligible for express entry. You won’t be able to make a profile at this time. I suggest to prepare and re-take the test at the earliest .
