IELTS Score eligibilty - NOC 2173

I have scored (Listening: 6, Reading: 5.5, Writing: 6, Speaking: 6 ) over all 6. Is it eligible for applying under NOC -2173?
or I need to reappear for exam?

hi. i think your ielts result won't qualify.. based on your noc skill level a. the explanation says, 7 in all of the abilities ( 6 band in all )or, 6 of any one of the abilities (Band 5.5) and 7 or higher in other 2 ( band 6 or higher )and 8 (band 7 or higher) in the remaining ability.

I have wonder full resource of online practising material. although it;s not free.but its sufficient to practise one month.
