How can i submit documents to WES? Do i have to submit it or my college/university. I am doing process myself so need guidance.

Follow these steps for a hassle-free experience with WES
1. Get a provisional assessment done for all your educational qualifications at this link http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp
2. Based on the provisional assessment report, you can decide which qualifications are likely to be validated as equivalent to Canadian credentials and also at what level.
3. After this, you can take an informed decision to apply for ECA from WES. You need to apply for Document-by-Document evaluation and you can decide to do this for single/multiple qualifications.
4. Once you've created your WES profile online, received the reference number, you'll have to send them official transcripts (signed off by the concerned authority at your University and sealed & signed by the same authority) in a sealed envelope to WES Canada.
5. You can send multiple sealed covers corresponding to multiple qualifications INSIDE one master sealed cover so that you save on some courier expenses. Include your Degree certificate copies separately as well. DHL, FedEx are usually reliable and have efficient tracking methods. Do not forget to superscribe the outside envelope with your reference number so that the receiver at WES know that this belongs to your file.
6. Keep a track of the status changes on your WES account online to see if they want you to do something else. Otherwise, expect a response from them in 4-6 weeks.

I was busy last month but i am back now. I have submitted EE profile second time but still same issue. showing NOT ELIGIBLE. How can i overcome with this.
I have calculated 69 points of mine. As you said about ECA but i don't see any option where can i say 'YES' for the same.
Please help.

The application takes time to load up. depending upon you internet speed... At times you have to go back and forth to see the complete form load up...beingshreyas said:
Not filling in ECA details is the potential cause on why the application is being marked as ineligible....

Enough score i have for IELTS - 7,6.5,7,7.5
Test result is of current year only
have relevant work experience in 2172 category. Has more than a year experience in 3 companies.
Education is B.E.
funds mentioned is CAD$14000 (single).
No option found to select ECA while submitting profile. Can a immigration consultant can submit on behalf of the university from which i got bachelor degree?

You'll be ineligible till you get your foreign education evaluated by WES or similar organizations and enter the reference number in your profile. Of course, there is a placeholder for ECA right upfront - it is an eligibility criteria!

Unlikely that any of these bodies will have a different way of working compared with WES - which is the World leader in educational assessment.beingshreyas said:
The very idea of an impartial assessment organization is defeated if the assessing body allows applicants to have too many options to submit documents. What you'll need to do is get your University to send you/WES a sealed & stamped envelope with your course transcripts.
Search online for companies which can help you do this remotely for a fee, check your University's website, call your University. In short, do whatever you possibly can to get your ECA if you are keen on EE.
