i got ielts score of 6.0 in all bands equally.

is it enough to apply for immigration. Some consultancy said they need 6.5 to apply and is must.. is that true ??

Well you get 8 points for language, it depends on how many you require to meet the 67 points. Unless you have an AEO that requires good English skills.

We are falling short of 2 points to apply evena fter our IELTS score band is 6.5. is it must to reappear for IELTS or there are ways to get this compensated with other credits?

It depends on if your occupation requires good English skills. Immigration could say that an IELTS of 6.0 is ok for one occupation but not ok for another.
