I got ielts overall band 6.5 and once R/S/L/W -7/6.5/6.5/5.5 . If I go through revaluation in writing is it possible to get 0.5 more in that particular band.is there any chances to get down our score after revaluation

If you are confident about your writing, and don't mind the cost and waiting time, then do go ahead with EOR for writing. There are very high chances of getting an increment of 0.5 in writing and speaking as these are subjective. Though it is said on the official IELTS website that the scores can increase, DECREASE or stay the same after EOR, i personally haven't heard of anyone whose scores have decreased.
