i want to apply for CEC under skilled worker category - NOC B (food service supervisor)

my ielts results is;

speaking 6.0
reading 4.0
listening 4.5
writing 5.5

total CLB = 5.0

in this result can i apply for canadian experience class? thanks in advance

I'm not sure if Food service supervisor is noc B, I think is noc A; maybe I'm wrong, but anyway for CEC you must approve each test section by itself
for noc B you should have 5,4,5,5 and
for noc A you should have 6,6,6,6. If Food service supervisor is Noc B you are short in the listening section, if FSS is noc A you are short in the last 3 sections, the overall doesn't count for CEC.
Have you considered the Nominee program? IELTS requirements are less in some cases
