IELTS results for SKILL B (Help...!!!)

I'm a bit confused about the matrix of IELTS results.

Can someone let me know what score is accepted by CEC under skill B ???
Listening ?
Reading ?
Writing ?
Speaking ??

5 or higher for each of those abilities.
4 for any one of those abilities, 5 or higher for any other two of
those abilities and 6 or higher for the remaining ability.
if you got 4 in speaking you have to get 5 of reading and writing and 6 of listening.
so if you had 5 average, its good for skill B.

hi,sir i can leave my ielts score here than i have 4 years exeperience in canada i like to apply through cec my result is speaking-4.5,lis-5.5,reading-5,writing-5 somy over all score is 5 can u replay i am eligible or not pls give answer

it depends .....!!! which job catagory you are applying. if it is the job that has public relationship then higher leve of english required foor that particuler skill. example. a has thre levels , b level has three levels. check the CLB list.
