Hi,

Your situation is similar to mine. To qualify for 67 points, i required 16 points in English which means:-
Listening -7.5, Reading,Writing and speaking -6.5.
But i got L:- 8.5, R;- 6.5, W:- 6 and S:- 7
This score is unacceptable...you have to try again unfortunately

Will it work or not depends on how many points you require from the English Language adaptibility criteria to qualify overall (i.e. get 67 points).
Currently you will get 12 points for English.

it depends on how much points do u still need...the OBS is not necessary, it's the individual scores. to get the 16 points u really have to get l-7.5; r-6.5;w-6.5 and s-6.5...
