IELTS result expiring soon...!!

Hello, I have received PNP certificate recently through OINP. I want to now apply for PR through PNP non-express and problem is my IELTS result is expiring on July 1st week. I am projecting to submit my file before may 26th.
In that case should my IELTS result be valid till the date I submit application or till time I get AOR? Because currently AOR takes 3-4 months.
If it is kind of grey area, then can I give new IELTS and submit the application with new result (other than the one I submitted for PNP certificate) for this entry? will it be conflicting?

Any guidance will help.

I received an OINP nomination in the International Student Stream in Jan 2024. It expires on 3 July 2024.
Applied for federal non-express entry PR in Jan 2024.
My file was returned on 29 April 2024 as I did not submit the original (non-translated Birth Certificate) and only submitted the translated one.
My IETLS expired in Mar 2024 which I used for OINP and non-express.
I took IELTS again in May 2024, but have 5.5 bands in one module with an overall 7.
Should I give IELTS again to get 6 each or can I use my new IELTS to apply again in non-express PR through OINP International Student?

Please advise.
