IELTS research. Kindly help.

1.How many of you think the IELTS exam is costly?
2.If you are unable to get your required bands, will you try again? If yes, then how many times?
3.Would you pay $30 to a professional to know whether you are ready to give the IELTS exam or not or pay $150 in a tuition center to prepare for IELTS?

Please answer to the following questions. Your help will be highly appreciated.

1.Yes , I think IELTS exam is costly , I paid 8900 Rupees. for the ielts examination which I thought must cost Rupees.3000 to 4000.
2.I'll be compelled to try again,since the educational institutions and visa office make it mandatory to appear and gain a particular band.
3.I'll pay on the tution center to prepare for IELTS.

I reside in Mumbai,India. I appeared for IELTS and gained band 7 with 2 weeks of preparation.
