I got 6.0 in ielts academic overall
my speaking is 4.5, writing 5.0, listening 6.0, reading 7.5, and the average is just 5.75.

No. Speaking and Writing need to be 6.0.

But you don’t have a minimum score of 6 in each of the four language abilitiies. Speaking is 4.5 and writing is 5.0. It is not an average.

You need 6 in all areas - reading, writing, speaking and listening. You don’t have that so not eligible.

Ok. You use the IRCC site but if you have a 6.0 band and that is what IRCC says then you are fine to apply through SDS. Good luck.
