how many bands are require in IELTS exam for apply in canada work permit
i am from india

Are you applying for Intra company transfer Work Permit or Open Work Permit? I know for sure, one doesn't need to take IELTS for ICT work permit.

i have two year of experience in software field

and now i want to start my career in canada.....
and i also don't know about the perfect procedure for eligibility and what are the criteria for work permit.
also which exam is compulsory.......?

I want to understand if you have a job offer from a Canadian company or your Indian company wants to send you to canada for some onsite responsibilities?

If the reply to both the questions above is "No" then you cannot apply for work permit.

As Kryton mentioned, go through the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/cometocanada.asp for details. Also, you have to come through express entry as you can't apply for work permit. I will be happy to answer any questions if you have any.
