IELTS requirement revised under SPP

HI FRIENDS,
I noticed on SPP checklist that IELTS requirement revised.
It was overall 6.0 before and now its not less than 6 in each section.

NOPE,
even student got visa with overall 6 and 5 bands in one section under spp.
but now it will not happen.
