IELTS requirement imposed by CIC visa office London for SINP Nominees – Family

i applied for SINP on 2009 and that time this information was there on provincial guide paper on page no 18. ans it is still as it is.

In new SNIP cases are still they are asking for IELTS in 2012. Can anybody tell me.

International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS) with minimum scores

All Provincial Nominee Applicant MUST Provide valid English language test results from a language test administered by a federally designated testing agency showing a minimum requirement. The acceptable individual band for :-
