IELTS REQUIREMENT FOR STUDY VISA

HI i am MBA in Marketing and i applied for study visa 2 years ago but it was rejected as my agent did not attached SOP with it and now again i want to apply for Study visa as my IELTS score is L-6,S-6,W-6.5, R-6, Overall 6. kindly guide me what are the chances of getting visa with this score as University and college is ready to give admission for International Business Management Course?? kindly suggest and should i file for any other course so as to get visa??

For all PG/University PG courses, 6.5 (overall) with 6.0 (each module) is a basic standard.
