IELTS requirement for Most PNP and Expresss Entry

I will please like to know if IELTS is required on PNP And Express Entry application if English is your native language and completed a Postgraduate studies in a canadian institution?

yes you still need it, as it is one of the requirements listed. ielts or celpip will do.
