are you not include e copy in the documents?

if yes no problem.
if no, wait for document request from IRCC.(sometimes they don't ask IELTS scorecard because you already mentioned in profile )

if they need it, u will get document request from IRCC. until we don't have the option to send IELTS score card to IRCC

No documents are required to be sent. Scanned copy of the original documents is sufficient. Good luck!
